7. Cabin in the car park:
a. Once connected, the cabin will become our property to insure, as the shop is a tenant. Has Alan got a quote for this? When will it run from?
b. Is there a fire alarm in the cabin? BH said they had not been asked to install one.
c. Is there an emergency light to show the exit? Although the cabin is unlikely to be used at night, it is a building for the public and should have a light to show the exit, in case smoke impairs visibility.
d. How many people can the cabin hold for safe escape? Floor area? How many tables will there be? When there is a fire inspection, this will all be asked.
e. Who will foot the bill for any maintenance/repairs?
f. When will the lease be agreed?
