Property Valuation for Land Registry (AC); Hearing Loop – completed; Air con leaks – repaired; Floor damage – remedial works booked for w/b 20th February.

4. Chairman’s Report
Insurance – all aspects; applications for post of Commercial and Marketing Manager; registration of ownership with Land Registry.

6. Langham Community Centre’s future in the light of unfavourable financial conditions and difficulty filling positions of employed manager and officers.

Trustees’ authorisation for Cheryl to oversee all the building checks.
